MMK Architecture utilizes a variety of tools to communicate design intent, starting with documenting the existing conditions and then working with each client to customize the design based on the Owners need. We use a combination of hand sketches and computer drafting to achieve your vision. We use 3D modeling and will work with you to determine what level of design services are required for your unique project’s needs and jurisdictional requirements. When the design is just where you like it, the Construction Documents are produced which are the technical drawings submitted for Permit. We stay involved during Construction to advocate for your vision throughout the entire process.
